What does scicommsoc Do?

The Science Communication Society is an independent student association founded by 30 students from Imperial College London, with the aim of empowering STEM students and academics to engage more meaningfully with diverse publics. We run practical, skills-based workshops, support students in developing their own science communication projects, and are building a professional network to encourage dialogue around science communication and public engagement, particularly in relation to global challenges such as climate change communication and misinformation.
